可控温烤灯在带蒂皮瓣修复手外伤老年患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨可控温烤灯在带蒂皮瓣修复手外伤老年患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年9月—2022年3月烟台山医院收治的老年手外伤患者72例,均采用带蒂皮瓣修复治疗,分为观察组、对照组,各36例。两组均接受快速康复外科护理,术后对照组采用普通烤灯维持皮瓣周围环境温度,观察组采用可控温烤灯。比较两组患者手功能恢复情况[末次随访采用总主动活动度(TAM)评分进行评价]、恢复进程、疼痛度[术后第2天采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行评价]以及并发症发生情况。结果 与对照组相比,观察组治疗后TAM评分高,渗液消失时间、肿胀消退时间、皮瓣创口愈合时间短,治疗后VAS评分低,并发症发生率低(P均<0.05)。结论 可控温烤灯在带蒂皮瓣修复老年手外伤患者中应用,可提高患者手功能恢复,降低患者疼痛度,且安全性较好。Objective To explore the application of controllable warm baking lamp in rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing of elderly patients with pedicled flap repair of hand trauma.Methods A total of 72 elderly patients with pedi⁃cled flap of hand trauma treated in Yantaishan hospital from September 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research object.All patients were treated with pedicled skin flap repair,and were divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group.Both groups received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.After operation,the control group was treated with common baking lamp to maintain ambient temperature,the observation group was treated with controllable warm baking lamp.The recovery of hand function at the last follow-up(TAM score),recovery process,pain(VAS score)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The TAM score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the recovery process was faster than that in the control group,the VAS score and the inci⁃dence of complications were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The controllable warm bak⁃ing lamp can be used in the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing of elderly patients with pedicled flap repair of hand trau⁃ma,which improve the recovery of hand function,reduce the degree of pain,and has good safety.
