摘 要:研究加工番茄在不同程度盐胁迫对加工番茄幼苗萌发的影响,为新疆筛选耐盐性品种提供立论依据。以6种不同熟制的加工番茄为试验材料,采用复合盐白盐壳溶液(CK:T1:12.5 g/L;T2:25 g/L;T3:37.5 g/L;T4:50 g/L)进行盐分胁迫处理,于人工气候培养箱培养,测定发芽率、发芽势、胚根长等相关性指标。在T1浓度下,6种加工番茄的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根以及胚轴长均高于对照;当盐溶液浓度大于T2时,6种加工番茄的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数呈极显著下降趋势,从胚根长来看,早熟品种(屯9、亚心87-5)呈下降趋势,中熟(4850、306)和晚熟(686、1634)呈上升趋势,从胚轴长来看,除早熟品种(屯9)外,其余5种加工番茄均呈极显著上升趋势;当盐溶液浓度达到T4时,所有参试品种均不发芽。较低浓度的盐分对一些加工番茄萌发生长具有促进作用。通过对6种加工番茄进行方差分析、综合评价和聚类分析,得出亚心87-5(早熟)、4850(中熟)、686(晚熟)与同熟质的品种相比,随着浓度的升高,各指标变化率和相对值较低,对盐分敏感性较强。The effects of different levels of salt stress on seedling germination of processed tomato were studied to provide theoretical basis for screening salt tolerant varieties in Xinjiang.6 kinds of processed tomatoes with different ripening were used as test materials,and the composite salt white salt crust solution(CK;T1:12.5g/L;T2:25 g/L;T3:37.5g/L;T4:50 g/L)were treated with salt stress and cultured in artificial climate incubator to determine germination rate,germination potential,radicle length and other related indexes.Under T1 concentration,the germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,radicle and hypocotyl length of the 6 processed tomato varieties were higher than those of the control;When the salt solution concentration was greater than T2,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of the six processed tomato varieties showed a very significant downward trend.From the aspect of radicle length,the early maturing varieties(Tun 9,Yaxin 87-5)showed a downward trend,while the middle maturing varieties(4850,306)and late maturing varieties(686,1634)showed an upward trend.From the aspect of hypocotyl length,Except for the early maturing variety(Tun 9),the other five kinds of processed tomatoes showed a very significant upward trend;When the concentration of salt solution reached T4,all tested varieties did not germinate.The lower concentration of salt could promote the germination and growth of some processed tomato.Through the analysis of variance,comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis of 6 processed tomato varieties,it was concluded that compared with the same maturing varieties,the change rate and relative value of each index of Aixin 87-5(early maturing),4850(medium maturing)and 686(late maturing)were lower with the increase of concentration,and the sensitivity to salt was stronger.
