摘  要:针对现有花生小垄双行播种机在作业过程中存在脱垄等镇压效果不理想的问题,研制一种花生小垄仿形镇压工作装置。介绍总体结构和关键零部件设计,2021年样机试验结果表明:安装该装置的花生小垄双行播种机能够实现施肥播种一体化作业,工作性能稳定。与其他花生播种机相比,不仅能够实现纵向和横向仿形,而且能在垄侧导向机构控制下保障导向辊不脱垄,达到理想的覆土镇压效果。In view of the problem that the existing small ridge double-row seeder of peanut has unsatisfactory suppression effect such as ridging broken,a kind of peanut small ridge copying suppression working device is developed.This paper introduced the overall structure and the design of key components.The 2021 prototype test results show that:The peanut small ridge double-row seeder installed with this device can realize the integrated operation of fertilization and seeding,and the working performance is stable.Compared with other peanut seeders,it can not only realize longitudinal and transverse copying,but also ensure that the guide roller does not break ridges under the control of the ridge side guide mechanism,so as to achieve the ideal effect of soil covering suppression.
