摘　　要：针对钢管外壁锈蚀问题,采用物理除锈工艺法,设计了200GWC型钢管外壁除锈机。介绍除锈机的基本结构及工作原理,计算了钢管输送机构和外壁除锈机构的运行速度、功率消耗等,实际应用表明:该机具有除锈效率高、结构紧凑、维修方便、操作简单等优点,可用于除去钢管外壁铁锈等杂质。Aiming at the problem of corrosion on the external wall of steel pipe,200GWC type steel pipe deruster for the external wall was designed by means of physical derusting process.This paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of the deruster,and calculates the running speed and power consumption of the steel pipe conveying mechanism and the external wall derusting mechanism.The practical application shows that:The machine has the advantages of high derusting efficiency,compact structure,convenient maintenance and simple operation,and can be used to remove the impurities such as rust on the external wall of steel pipe.
