摘　　要：中国特色社会主义制度下的资本主体性质有着自身的历史规定性。在具体的历史情境中,资本在中国大地上自生成之初就具备整体主义范式的目的因。在特殊的历史运动过程中,社会主义资本以一种“人民财富动力学”的方式成为社会主义制度不断壮大的历史工具。社会主义市场经济作为资本流通的场域,“双轨制”的存在使资本在流通过程中具备了社会总意志的属性。资本在社会主义制度下的属性需要运用情景还原的方式从中国三个历史阶段的工业史、货币史、交换史、交往史中找到具体的内容支撑。The nature of capital subject under socialism with Chinese characteristics is historically prescribed.In the concrete historical context,capital has had the purpose of the holistic paradigm since its inception in the land of China.In the course of a special historical movement,socialist capital has become a historical tool for the growing socialist system in a“dynamics of the people’s wealth”.As the field of capital circulation,the socialist market economy has enabled capital to have the attributes of the general will of society in the process of circulation.The attributes of capital under socialism need to be used to find specific content support from the history of industry,currency,exchange and exchange in the three historical stages of China.
