摘　　要：村级金融服务站在脱贫攻坚中发挥了重要作用,在乡村振兴时期,要通过数量整合、服务深化和功能升级来实现高质量发展,强化乡村振兴金融服务。通过实地调研以及规范分析法进行研究,研究发现,我国脱贫地区村级金融服务站发展中存在布局不科学,发展定位不清晰、人才缺乏、可持续性不强等制约因素。为全面推进乡村振兴和共同富裕,提出实现村级金融服务站高质量发展的“四位一体”路径,要建成集普惠金融服务、金融教育、信息采集为一体的“聚合”金融服务中心,实现金融、电商、政务融合。因此,要将村级金融服务站融入普惠金融发展战略,通过政府、金融机构和全社会共同努力,明确目标定位,增强自我发展能力,融入数字金融元素,完善政策支持和激励。Financial poverty alleviation service stations have play an important role in poverty alleviation.In the period of rural revitalization,to strengthen rural revitalization financial services,high-quality development through quantitative integration,service deepening and function upgrading should be achieved.Through investigation and research,it could be found that there were some restrictive factors in the development of financial poverty alleviation service stations in China,such as unscientific layout,unclear development orientation,lack of talents,and weak sustainability.In order to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and common prosperity,a"four in one"path was proposed to realize the high-quality development of financial poverty alleviation service stations.It was necessary to build a"convergence"financial service center integrating inclusive financial services,financial education and information collection,and realize the integration of finance,e-commerce and government affairs.In terms of specific countermeasures,the financial poverty alleviation service station should be integrated into the inclusive financial development strategy,and through the joint efforts of the government,financial institutions and the whole society,the target positioning should be clarified,self-development ability should be enhanced,digital finance elements should be integrated and policy support and incentives should be improved.
