摘　　要：鼻咽癌(NPC)公认和有效的治疗方式为放射治疗,或以放疗为主的综合治疗。而放射性鼻窦炎(RS)是鼻咽癌放射治疗后常见鼻部并发症之一,其脓涕、鼻塞、鼻后滴漏等症状严重影响患者的生活质量。同时,放射线会导致鼻窦黏膜不可逆损伤,为临床治疗RS带来困难,RS是鼻窦炎中难以彻底治疗的一类炎症。目前RS缺乏较为全面的流行病学证据,其诊治仍主要参照慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)诊断指南,因此NPC放疗后引起RS的预防、诊断及治疗仍需进一步关注与重视。在客观评价和诊断方面,鼻窦影像学评估是鼻窦疾病诊断的重要手段。综上,本文对NPC放疗引起RS的流行病学、影像学评估方法及特点进行总结与分析,以期为NPC患者的RS诊治提供依据。The acknowledged and effective treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is radiotherapy,or comprehensive treatment based on radiotherapy.Radiation-induced sinusitis(RS)is one of the common nasal complications after radiotherapy for NPC,and its symptoms such as purulent nasal discharge,nasal congestion and postnasal drip seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Meanwhile,radiation can lead to irreversible damage to the sinus mucosa,which brings difficulties for the clinical treatment of RS.RS is a type of inflammation that is difficult to completely treat in sinusitis.At present,there is a lack of comprehensive epidemiological evidence for RS,and the diagnosis and treatment of RS still mainly refer to the diagnostic guidelines for chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS).Therefore,the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of RS caused by NPC after radiotherapy still need further attention.In terms of objective evaluation and diagnosis,the imaging evaluation of sinuses is a key means for the diagnosis of nasal sinus diseases.In conclusion,this paper summarized and analyzed the epidemiology,the imaging evaluation methods and the characteristics of RS caused by radiotherapy for NPC,in order to provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of RS in patients with NPC.
