摘 要:分数槽集中绕组极槽配合相近,但高幅值的低次谐波磁动势限制了其在风力发电系统中的应用。多层绕组的结构通过改变各线圈组的数量与空间分布,从而改变各次谐波的绕组系数来抑制谐波。文章分析了奇数槽与偶数槽两种不同情况下,四层绕组结构中加倍绕组所移动的槽数,推导了其与双层绕组绕组系数间的关系式。在适用的极槽配合下,利用六层绕组结构来消除主要的次谐波,分析了各层绕组排布的规律、扇区的偏移角度与不同匝数时各次谐波的绕组系数。最后,利用有限元软件建立一个不同绕组结构的分数槽感应电机模型。仿真结果表明,多层绕组的结构可以有效抑制高幅值的低次谐波,提升电机的运行性能。Fractional slot concentrated winding pole slot fit is similar,but the high amplitude of low harmonic magnetomotive force limits their application in wind power systems.The multi-layer winding structure suppresses harmonics by changing the number and spatial distribution of each coil group,thus changing the winding coefficient of each harmonic.The article analyzed the two different cases of odd and even slots,and derived the relationship between it and the winding factor of the double-layer winding.With the applicable pole slot coordination,the six-layer winding structure was used to eliminate the main sub-harmonics,and the arrangement of the windings of each layer,the offset angle of the sector and the winding factor of the various sub-harmonics at different turns were analyzed.Finally,used finite element software to build a model of a fractional slot doubly-fed motor with different winding layers.The simulation results show that the structure of the multilayer winding can effectively suppress the low-order and high-amplitude harmonics and improve the running performance of the motor.
