摘 要:为节约异步起动永磁同步电机的永磁体用量,改善电机的起动性能,研究了关于磁阻辅助和转子开辅助槽的方法。首先从理论上分析了磁阻辅助增大起动转矩和转子开辅助槽增大反电动势的机理。然后运用有限元仿真软件建立了4极24槽磁阻辅助异步起动永磁同步电机的仿真模型,并进行磁路设计和通过改善漏磁确定了开辅助槽的位置。最后分析了磁阻辅助和开辅助槽前后对电机瞬/稳态性能的影响,结果表明与异步起动永磁同步电机相比,虽略低于效率,但节约了永磁体用量,提高了起动性能。In order to save the amount of permanent magnet for asynchronous starting permanent magnet synchronous motor and improve the starting performance of the motor,the methods of reluctance auxiliary and rotor auxiliary slot were studied.Firstly,the mechanism of magnet-reluctance auxiliary increase of starting torque and rotor auxiliary slot increase of back electromotive force was analyzed theoretically.Then the simulation model of 4-pole 24-slot reluctance assisted asynchronous starting permanent magnet synchronous motor was established by using finite element simulation software,and the magnetic circuit was designed and the position of auxiliary slot was determined by improving magnetic leakage.Finally,the influence of reluctance auxiliary and auxiliary slot opening on the motor’s transient/steady-state performance was analyzed.The results show that compared with asynchronous starting permanent magnet synchronous motor,although the efficiency is slightly lower,it saves the amount of permanent magnet and improves the starting performance.
