摘  要:基于GB18488可测电机堵转转矩和堵转时间,确认电机堵转转矩能否满足纯电动车堵转转矩需求。GB18488只沿圆周方向等分取5个堵转点,不能准确找到IGBT最大发热工况点。国内主机厂堵转试验一般以较小机械角度进行堵转,优化了GB18488无法准确找到最大发热工况点和最小堵转转矩的问题,工作量较大。本文针对GB18488堵转试验方案和国内主机厂堵转试验方案进行分析,根据旋转坐标式推导三相电流与电机转子位置表达式,同时考虑六路IGBT期间差异性特点,分别使三相电流达到最大值,进而求得最优堵转转子位置。同时根据不同转速下转矩的差异性表现得到堵转转矩,优化电机堵转试验方案,使电机系统精准找到电机堵转转矩和IGBT发热最大工况点。The motor locked rotor test can measure the motor locked rotor torque and locked rotor time based on the national standard 18488 to confirm whether the motor locked rotor torque can meet the locked rotor torque requirements of pure electric vehicles(EV).However,the national standard 18488 only takes five locked rotor points equally along the circumferential direction,which can not accurately find the maximum heating working point of IGBT.The locked rotor test of domestic main engine manufacturers is generally carried out from a small mechanical angle,which optimizes the problem that the national standard 18488 can not accurately find the maximum heating working point and the minimum locked rotor torque,but the workload is very large.This paper analyzed the GB18488 locked rotor test scheme and the locked rotor test scheme of domestic main engine manufacturers,deduced the expression of three-phase current and motor rotor position according to the rotation coordinate formula,and took into account the differences between six IGBT periods,so that the three-phase current reached the maximum value respectively,and then obtained the optimal locked rotor position.At the same time,the locked rotor torque was obtained according to the differential performance of torque at different speeds,and the motor locked rotor test scheme was optimized,so that the motor system can accurately find the maximum operating point of motor locked rotor torque and IGBT heating.
