摘  要:新能源汽车产业发展迅速,为了满足其发展需求,本文针对小中大型的新能源汽车电机性能测试台方案进行分析和设计,在此基础上,采用四象限变频器输出交流母线回馈的方式进行闭环设计,节约被试和陪试电机额定检测所需的能源。设计思路遵循模块化的思维,分五个模块进行设计并阐述各模块工作的基本原理。介绍了关键测量器件和控制部件的选型和参数匹配。通过搭建新能源汽车电机的试验平台验证,测试台的测试功能和精度要求满足GB/T18488.2-2015电动汽车电机试验方法的要求。The new energy vehicle industry is developing rapidly.In order to meet its development needs,this paper analyzed and designs the motor performance test design scheme for small,medium and large new energy vehicles.On this basis,a four quadrant inverter was used to output AC bus feedback for closed loop design,saving the energy required for rated detection of the tested and companion motors.The design idea follows the modular thinking,and was divided into five modules to design and explain the basic principles of each module.The selection and parameter matching of key measuring devices and control components were introduced.The test platform of new energy vehicle motor was built to verify that the test function and accuracy of the test platform meet the requirements of GB/T18488.2-2015.
