摘 要:随着数控设备智能制造自动化程度的不断发展和提高,集成技术和复合加工技术是当今高精密数控机床发展的趋势;为了提高生产效率,将传统的车床加工技术和镗、铣床加工技术相结合,出现了复合型加工机床,突出体现了工件一次装夹完成大部分或全部加工工序,减少了工件的装夹次数,提高了工件的加工精度、缩短加工周期;本文通过使用车削中心采用车铣复合方法加工电机壳体,分析加工工艺和NC加工程序。With the continuous development and improvement of automation degree of CNC equipment intelligent manufacturing,integration technology and composite machining technology are the development trend of high precision CNC machine tools;In order to improve productivity,combined the traditional lathe processing technology and boring milling machine processing technology,the emergence of complex processing machine tools,highlights the artifacts a clamping to complete most or all processing procedures,the clamping times of the artifacts were reduced,the machining precision of the artifacts was improved,shorten the processing cycle;in this paper,by using the turning center,the motor housing was machined by turning milling compound method,analyzed the machining process and NC machining program.
