摘  要:根据环境保护的要求,分析了目前石油行业使用的螺纹脂存在的问题。API螺纹脂含有大量重金属粉,在制造和使用中会对环境造成较大的污染;非API螺纹脂的原材料及产品也会损害人体健康和污染环境。从改进配方和使用可替代材料两方面介绍了环保型螺纹脂的技术现状和应用实例,并对环保型螺纹脂的发展方向进行了展望,认为应从螺纹脂原材料、配方、生产、使用、处理、降解性和生态毒性评估等的全寿命周期全面分析整个过程与环境的协调性,开发低成本及环境友好的螺纹脂。The disadvantages of the thread compounds used in petroleum industry currently were analyzed in terms of environment protection.API thread compounds contained a large amount of heavy metal powder,which would cause great pollution to the environment during the manufacture and use.Non-API thread compounds were still harmful to human body and environment.The technical status and application examples of environmentally coordinative thread compounds were introduced from improving the formula of thread compound and using alternative non-pollution solid lubrication materials.Prospect for environmentally acceptable thread compounds were given.It is suggested that attention should be paid to the whole life cycle of thread compound from the raw materials,formula,production,using,treatment and evaluation of degradation and ecological toxicity to examine the coordination between the whole process and the environment systematically to develop both economic and environmentally friendly thread compound.
