摘 要:深海油气输送管道建设和运行过程中除了受到内压产生的载荷外,还要承受铺设过程的弯曲及运行过程的洋流冲击、地震等附加载荷,需要采用高钢级、大厚径比钢管和基于应变的设计方法,对管道环焊缝的性能和质量提出高要求。为了掌握L485/X70高钢级厚壁管道的焊接技术,采用理论计算、实验室测试和实物试验等方法,开展了管道环焊接头力学及断裂变形行为、环焊材料、环焊工艺及性能等研究,形成了具有高强匹配、高韧性和良好变形能力的环焊缝材料和工艺技术,为深海油气管道焊接研究和工程建设提供了参考。The construction and operation of deep-sea oil and gas pipelines need to bear bending load during laying process as well as the impact of ocean currents and earthquakes during operation in addition to internal pressure.Therefore high-grade steel pipes with large thickness-to-diameter ratios and strain-based design methods are required,and stringent requirements are placed on the performance and quality of pipeline girth welds.In order to master the welding technology of L485/X70 high grade steel and thick-walled pipelines,the theoretical calculation,experimental analysis and physical test are used to carry out the research on three aspects of pipeline girth welded joint mechanics and fracture deformation behavior,girth welding materials and girth welding process and performance.A girth weld process technology with high strength matching,high toughness and good deformation ability has been formed,which provides a reference for the construction of deep-sea oil and gas pipelines.
