耐磨型钻具螺纹脂的评价研究

摘　　要：定向钻、深井和超深井等苛刻工况中钻具螺纹承受了较大的扭矩,钻具螺纹会发生磨损和粘扣等失效事故。针对该苛刻工况,开发了耐磨型钻具螺纹脂TAG-50,并对该TAG-50螺纹脂的理化性能、抗粘扣和抗过扭矩粘扣等使用性能进行试验评价。结果表明,该耐磨型钻具螺纹脂理化性能符合SY/T 5198—2020《钻具螺纹脂》标准的要求,在-20℃的条件下能均匀地涂敷在钻具螺纹表面,滴点为200℃。按照标准扭矩进行了20次上卸扣后,涂敷了TAG-50螺纹脂的钻具内螺纹和外螺纹表面没有发生粘扣。当上扣扭矩是标准扭矩的2.0倍时,涂敷了TAG-50螺纹脂的钻具接头上卸扣后内螺纹和外螺纹表面没有发生粘扣。该TAG-50耐磨型钻具螺纹脂具有较好的耐磨性和抗粘扣性能。In severe working conditions such as directional drilling,deep well and ultra deep well,the torque borne by the drill pipe thread is large,and it is easy to cause failure accidents such as wear or galling.In view of this working condition,an anti-galling drill thread compound TAG-50 was developed,and its physical and chemical properties,anti-galling and over torque anti-galling performance were evaluated.The results show that the physical and chemical properties of the wear-resistant drilling tool thread compound meet the requirements of SY/T 5198—2020《Drilling Tool Thread Compound》.It can be evenly coated on the surface of the drilling tool thread at-20℃,and the drop point is 200℃.After 20 times of making up and breaking out according to the standard torque,the internal and external threads of the drilling tool coated with TAG-50 thread compound did not stick.When the make-up torque is 2.0 times of the standard torque,the internal thread and external thread surface of the drilling tool joint coated with TAG-50 thread compound are not stick.The TAG-50 wear-resistant drilling tool thread compound has good wear resistance and anti-galling performance.
