摘  要:密度测量不准是2228XA岩性密度测井仪器的常见故障。该仪器密度测量值由长、短源距计数率计算获得。为了补偿光电倍增管坪特性,保证长、短源距计数率准确性和稳定性,仪器电路设计上采用不同的高压控制方法实现温度补偿。长期的维修实践发现由于短源距热敏电阻调节高压的设计方式不同,其故障率较高。通过加温实验,监测地面长、短源距计数率及其导致的密度值变化可以有效判定故障点,加之合理的温度补偿电阻匹配,实现了仪器的快速维修。Inaccurate density measurement is a common fault of 2228XA lithologic density logging tool.The density measurement value of the instrument is calculated from the counting rate of long and short source distances.In order to compensate the plateau characteristics of photomultiplier tubes and ensure the accuracy and stability of long and short source spacing counting rates,different high-voltage control methods are used in the instrument circuit design to achieve temperature compensation.Long term maintenance experience found that the failure rate of short source distance is high due to the design method of adjusting high voltage by thermistor.Through heating experiment,monitoring the change of the counting rate of long and short source distance as well as the resulting density value can effectively determine the fault point.In addition,the temperature compensation resistance is reasonably matched.Finally the rapid maintenance of the instrument is realized.
