摘 要:川渝地区进行页岩气开发,水力压裂是采集页岩气最为有效的增产措施。页岩低渗透率等物理特性以及缝网压裂技术使页岩气套管承受苛刻的压裂条件。针对页岩气井在压裂过程中出现套管螺纹接头刺穿失效事故,现场取样后对套管接头刺穿失效的原因进行试验分析。结果表明,套管外螺纹接头密封面上的机械损伤是导致水力压裂过程中套管接头刺穿失效的主要原因。为了避免类似刺穿失效事故的发生,建议页岩气套管施工现场套管对扣前检查密封面,下油层套管时使用气密封检测技术,使用新型结构的气密封扣套管。Hydraulic fracking is one of the most effective measures of increasing production of shale gas in shale gas development in Sichuan and Chongqing areas.The well conditions the shale gas casing serves are quite challenging because of the low permeability and other physical properties of shale and mesh fracturing technology.For the case of casing thread connection piercing failure occurred during the shale gas well fracturing,the on-site sampling was conducted to analyze the failure reason through testing.The testing results show that the mechanical damage on the sealing surface of the outer casing thread is the main reason causing casing thread connection piercing failure during hydraulic fracturing.To avoid the occurrence of the similar cases,the paper puts forward the suggestion of checking the sealing surface before casing thread connection alignment and using gas sealing testing technology or gas sealing thread casing with new type structure when running oil-layer casing in the construction site of shale gas production.
