摘　　要：豫西八宝山铁矿区是一个以矽卡岩型铁矿而闻名的老矿区,近期勘查工作发现了1个非矽卡岩型的中型铜钼矿床,实现了本矿区斑岩型矿床的找矿突破。本文在分析区域成矿背景及矿区地质概况的基础上,通过对新发现铜钼矿床的成矿岩体特征、矿体形态、矿石结构特征、矿床热液蚀变及分带特征分析,并与典型斑岩型铜钼矿床特征进行对比,首次论证了八宝山矿区斑岩型矿床的存在;通过对本次找矿突破的深入分析,总结老矿区地质勘查工作经验,以期为本区域类似矿区的勘查工作提供借鉴。As an old ore district in western Henan Province,the Babaoshan ore district is famous for skarn type iron ore.In recent years,a medium-size copper-molybdenum deposit of non-skarn type has been discovered in the exploration work,and a breakthrough has been achieved in the prospecting of porphyry type deposits in this mining area.Based on the analysis of the regional metallogenic background and the general geological situation of the mining area,the existence of the porphyry type deposit in Babaoshan mining area was firstly demonstrated through analyzing the characteristics of the newly discovered copper-molybdenum deposit’s ore-forming rock mass,ore body shape,ore structure,hydrothermal alteration,and comparing with the characteristics of the typical porphyry type Cu-Mo deposit.Through in-depth analysis of the breakthrough in this prospecting,the geological exploration work experience of the old mining area is summarized.The discovery of the Babaoshan Cu-Mo deposit has guiding significance for searching for porphyry type deposits in the region and has pointed out the direction for regional ore prospecting.
