摘 要:针对高压脉冲电源的高压高频以及脉宽的特殊需求,采用频率叠加理论提出了一种基于绝缘栅双极晶体管IGBT(insulated gate bipolar transistor)的频率叠加型高压脉冲电源。该脉冲电源通过对传统高压脉冲电源的改进,解决受IGBT和二级管模块的开关频率限制而脉冲电源无法同时实现高压、高频问题。通过对理论的分析以及使用Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明改进后的高压脉冲电源能实现IGBT开关频率为20 kHz而负载频率为40 kHz。最后,为进一步验证所提脉冲电源拓扑结构的可行性,搭建低压实验样机,并使用现场可编程逻辑门阵列FPGA(field programmable gate array)产生相对独立的控制信号。Aimed at the special requirements of high voltage,high frequency and pulse width for a high-voltage pulse power supply,a type of frequency superimposed high-voltage pulse power supply based on insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)is proposed with the use of the frequency superposition theory.By improving the traditional high-voltage pulse power supply,the problem that the existing pulse power supply cannot achieve high voltage and high frequency at the same time due to the switching frequency limitation on the IGBT and the diode module is solved.Through the theoretical analysis and the simulation verification performed using the MATLAB/Simulink software,simulation results show that the improved high-voltage pulse power supply can realize an IGBT switching frequency of 20 kHz and a load frequency of 40 kHz.Finally,in order to further verify the feasibility of the proposed topology,a low-voltage experimental prototype was built,and field programmable gate array(FPGA)was used to generate relatively independent control signals.
