摘　　要：为了提升雷达专业预选军士培训质量效益,分析了预选军士实操课程的教学现状,从内容、科目、站点、阶段、想定、方法等方面,给出了进阶组训的教学设计及实施要点.教学实践表明,91%的学员肯定进阶组训的教学模式,能够提高训练乐趣,增加训练压力和动力,对训练产生有效推动作用.对比传统无差别组训模式,进阶组训的效果明显,优良率提高6.92%、合格率提高0.38%、平均成绩提高7.38分.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of pre-selected sergeant training for radar specialty,this article analyzes the current teaching situation of practical operation course for pre-selected sergeants,and then presents the teaching design and implementation points of advanced organizing and training from such aspects as content,subjects,sites,stages,ideas,methods and so on.The teaching practice shows that 91%of the cadets affirm that the teaching mode of advanced organizing and training can improve the training enjoyment,increase the training pressure and motivation,and can also effectively promote the training,and that compared with the traditional undifferentiated organizing and training mode,the effect of advanced organizing and training is obvious,with the excellent and good rate increased by 6.92%,the pass rate increased by 0.38%,and the average score increased by 7.38 points.This provides a reference for developing advanced organizing and training of the course.
