摘  要:为了简化螺杆压缩机的泄漏三角形面积计算,提出了一种平面型线向泄漏空间展开,获取泄漏三角形曲边参数,进而计算泄漏三角形面积的方法。采用该方法分别对原始对称、原始双边对称、单边不对称摆线-销齿圆弧、Atlas-X、GHH等典型型线的泄漏三角形进行计算,计算结果与三维模型进行对比,误差分别为0.2%,0.07%,1.9%,1.9%,0.2%,验证了该计算方式的合理性。基于该方法,探究了不同类型型线和结构参数对泄漏三角形的影响规律。结果表明,泄漏三角形面积与节圆半径、导程、齿数比呈线性相关,与阴转子齿高、修正长度、双边长度呈正相关。论文最终拟合出泄漏三角形面积与影响因素的计算关联式,为形成螺杆压缩机型线性能评价方法提供了理论基础。In order to simplify the calculation of the blow hole area of the screw compressor,this paper proposes a method for calculating the blow hole area by expanding the leakage space in the plane direction,obtaining the curved edge parameters of the blow hole.This method is used to calculate the blow hole of the original symmetric,original bilateral symmetric,unilateral asymmetric cycloid-pin tooth arc,Atlas-X,GHH and other typical lines.The calculation results are compared with the threedimensional model,and the errors are 0.2%,0.07%,1.9%,1.9% and 0.2%,respectively,which verifies the rationality of the calculation method.Based on this method,this paper explores the influence of different profiles and structural parameters on the blow hole.The research results show that the blow hole area is linearly correlated with the pitch radius of the female rotor,screw lead and transmission ratio.blow hole area is parabolically correlated with the inner radius of the male rotor,correction length of the female rotor and outer radius of the female rotor.Finally,the correlation between leakage triangle area and influencing factors is fitted,which lays a theoretical foundation for the formation of linear performance evaluation method of screw compressor.
