摘  要:采用大田小区试验法,以清水为对照,设置18.90、37.80 g/hm^(2)和56.70 g/hm^(2)亚硒酸钠浓度处理,选择在小麦灌浆第2天和第9天进行叶面喷施,研究灌浆后不同喷施时间点、不同硒水平对植株及籽粒硒含量的影响。结果表明,小麦灌浆第9天喷施不同浓度的亚硒酸钠,喷后7天旗叶、叶鞘、穗轴、节和节间硒含量显著低于灌浆第2天喷施处理7天对应部位的硒含量,而高于灌浆第2天喷后14天的植株硒含量,成熟期均呈现灌浆第9天喷施植株硒含量显著高于灌浆第2天喷施植株对应部位硒含量。然而,无论在喷硒后7天还是成熟期,灌浆第9天喷施的籽粒硒含量均显著高于灌浆第2天喷施处理。因此,小麦灌浆第9天喷施亚硒酸钠更有利于提高籽粒硒含量。A field plot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of foliar spraying of sodium selenite at the concentrations of 18.90,37.80,and 56.70 g/hm^(2)on the second and ninth days after grain filling on selenium content in plants and grains.The results indicated that selenium contents in flag leaf,leaf sheaths,cobs,nodes and internodes on the 7th day after spraying on the 9th day with different concentrations of selenium were significantly lower than those after spraying on the 2nd day after grain filling,but higher than those on the 14th day after spraying on the 2nd day after grain filling.At maturity,the selenium content in different plant parts were significantly higher when spraying on the 9th day after grain filling compared to spraying on the 2nd day after grain filling.Whether on the 7th day after spraying or at maturity,the selenium content in grains was significantly higher when spraying on the 9th day after grain filling than that when spraying on the 2nd day after grain filling.Therefore,spraying with sodium selenite on the 9th day after grain filling was more beneficial to increasing the selenium content in wheat grains.
