摘 要:近年来,水稻穗腐病在天津地区发生较重,成为影响水稻产量和品质的重要病害之一。本试验连续两年对天津地区水稻主产区穗腐病危害进行调查、病原菌分离鉴定,并采用生长速率抑制法测定病原菌对9种杀菌剂的敏感性。病原菌分离鉴定结果显示,引起天津地区水稻穗腐病的病原菌为稻黑孢霉(Nigrospora oryzae)。药剂敏感性测定结果显示,95%咯菌腈和95.3%丙环唑对稻黑孢霉抑菌效果最好,2020年EC_(50)值分别为0.2776、1.3102μg/mL,2021年EC_(50)值分别为0.5171、2.0188μg/mL;80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂对两年菌株的抑制效果差异较大,对2020年菌株EC_(50)值为8.0151μg/mL,对2021年菌株的EC_(50)值为24.6704μg/mL。75%三环唑对该病原菌无抑制作用,生产上不推荐使用。本研究明确了天津地区水稻穗腐病的致病菌株并筛选了高效抑菌药剂,为生产中该病害的防治提供了参考。In recent years,the rice spike rot disease has been seriously occurred in Tianjin area,and has become an important disease affecting the yield and quality of rice.In this experiment,the harm of spike rot in the main rice producing area in Tianjin was investigated for two years,the pathogen was isolated and identified,and the susceptibility of the pathogen to 9 fungicides was determined by growth rate inhibition method.The results showed that Nigrospora oryzae was the pathogen causing rice spike rot in Tianjin area.The results of sensitivity determination showed that 95%prochloraz and 95.3%propiconazole had the best inhibitory effect on N.oryzae and the EC_(50)values were 0.2776μg/mL and 1.3102μg/mL in 2020,and 0.5171μg/mL and 2.0188μg/mL in 2021,respectively.The inhibitory effect of 80%mancozeb wettable powder on the strains obtained in the two years was quite different,and the EC_(50)value in 2020 was 8.0151μg/mL and 24.6704μg/mL in 2021.The 75%tricyclazole had no inhibitory effect on the pathogen and was not recommended for use in production.In this study,pathogenic strains of spike rot in Tianjin were identified and effective antimicrobial agents were screened out,which provided some references for the prevention and control in production.
