摘  要:宏观经济发展战略与体育用品制造业发展息息相关。以“双循环”新发展格局为背景,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,在明晰体育用品制造业国家价值链内涵与特征的基础上,探究体育用品制造业国家价值链构建的现实逻辑和路径。研究认为,体育用品制造业国家价值链构建是优化现有产业结构和应对国际形势变化的有力途径,“双循环”新发展格局为体育用品制造业国家价值链构建提出了要求、提供了思路、创造了条件。根据我国体育用品制造业在价值链各环节的发展态势,提出我国体育用品制造业国家价值链构建的路径:释放消费潜力,构建多层次并行的体育用品市场;突破关键环节,增强体育用品制造业全价值链竞争力;强化引领作用,培育链主企业和先进产业集群;优化产业链组织分工,完善区域合作机制;布局区域与全球体育用品市场,实现全球价值链升级。Macroeconomic development strategy is closely related to the development of sports goods manufacturing industry.Taking the new development pattern of“dual circulation”as the background,this research explores the realistic logic and paths of constructing the national value chain of sports goods manufacturing industry on the basis of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of the national value chain with the methods of literature and logical analysis.It holds that the national value chain of sports goods manufacturing industry is a powerful way to optimize the existing industrial structure and respond to changes in the international situation.The new development pattern of“dual circulation”puts forward the requirement and ideas,and creates the conditions for the construction of the national value chain of sports goods manufacturing industry.According to the development trend of sports goods manufacturing industry in each link of the value chain,this research puts forward the construction paths of the national value chain of sports goods manufacturing industry:releasing the consumption potential and constructing a diverse sports goods manufacturing market;breaking through the key links to enhance the competitiveness of the whole value chain of sports goods manufacturing industry;strengthening the leading role and cultivating chain leading enterprises and advanced industrial clusters;optimizing the organizational division of the industrial chain and improving the regional cooperation mechanism;distributing the regional and global sports goods market and realizing the upgrading of the global value chain.
