摘 要:新形势下加强和改进国际传播工作的重要性和必要性不言而喻,体育在国际传播中的价值也日益凸显,实现体育自信到体育他信的历史转变是传播工作和体育发展的需求。基于这一现实要求,本研究运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,明确中国体育自信与他信在国际传播中的内涵与表现;梳理中国体育自信与他信在国际传播中的互动逻辑:中国体育自信的生成逻辑是源于他信的自信、中国体育自信的发展逻辑是源于自我认同的自信、中国体育自信与他信的融通逻辑是基于自信的他信,并结合时代发展契机确定中国体育国际传播的新时代使命是实现体育自信到他信的转变,具体表现为体育国际形象、体育国际地位、体育国际话语3个维度的转变。最后,结合国际传播的活动过程,从5个方面提出使命达成的实现路径:1)传播主体控制:坚持中国特色和智慧,多主体协同配合;2)传播内容建构:传递中国体育符号,回应中国体育问题;3)传播媒介创新:抓住技术契机,创新传播方式;4)传播受众考量:结合全球视角,完善体育叙事表达;5)传播效果保障:挖掘、培养传播人才,完善体育人才体系。The importance and necessity of strengthening and improving international communication in the new situation is self-evident,and the value of sports in international communication is also increasingly prominent.It is the demand of the communication work and the development of sports to realize the historical transformation from sports confidence to sports being trusted.Based on this realistic requirement,this study uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to clarify the connotation and performance of Chinese sports self-confidence and being trusted in international communication.The interaction logic between Chinese sports confidence and being trusted in international communication is sorted out as follows:the generation logic of Chinese sports confidence is derived from being trusted of confidence,the development logic of Chinese sports confidence is derived from self-identification,and the integration logic of Chinese sports confidence and being trusted is based on confidence.Combined with the development opportunity of the times,the mission of China’s sports international communication in the new era is to realize the transformation from sports confidence to being trusted,which is embodied in the transformation of international image of sports,international status of sports and international discourse of sports.Finally,based on the process of international communication,the study puts forward the realization paths of mission achievement from five aspects:1)communication subject control:to adhere to Chinese characteristics and wisdom,and cooperate with multiple subjects;2)communication content construction:to transmit Chinese sports symbols and respond to Chinese sports problems;3)communication media innovation:to seize the technical opportunity to innovate communication mode;4)communication audience consideration:to improve sports narrative expression from a global perspective;5)communication effect ensurence:to excavate and cultivate communication talents and improve the sports talent syst
