摘  要:本文研制了一种基于拉杆应力检测的注塑机锁模力智能感知系统。系统包含应力检测传感器、信号调理模块、锁模力数据处理模块等。拉杆应力传感器将检测到的拉杆内应力转换成电信号,经信号调理模块后,进行信号采集与处理。为了更好实现对数据的分析,采用多种方法对数据进行拟合,结果表明三次多项式函数更符合原始数据分布,四根拉杆通道拟合函数的决定系数R^(2)均在99.2%以上,标准差均在24以下,拟合度较好,在注塑机锁模力监控领域内具有应用价值。Based on tension rod stress detection,an intelligent mold clamping force sensing system for injection molding machines is developed.The system mainly consists of a stress detection sensor module,a signal conditioning module,a mold clamping force data processing module,and some peripheral modules.Tension rod stress sensors turn the tension stress of the rods into electrical signals,which the signal conditioning module collects and processes.A number of strategies are employed to fit the data in order to properly examine it.The results reveal that the cubic polynomial function is more compatible with the original data distribution.The R^(2) of the fitting function of the four tie rod channels is greater than 99.2%,and the standard deviation is less than 24,suggesting a high degree of fit.It can be applied in the field of injection molding machine clamping force measurement.
