摘  要:针对工业装置硫酸转化工艺过程,应用Aspen Plus软件,修正了关键组分SO_(2)、SO_(3)的恒压热容物性参数,核算了反应热和平衡常数。以某冶炼厂正常和低浓度烟气条件为依据,模拟计算了转化工艺参数,并与初步设计数据进行了对比。结果显示,转化器与换热器模拟数据与设计参数基本符合,但部分工艺参数有较大差别,Ⅱ、Ⅳ副线率设置值偏小。通过模拟分析,认为工业装置Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ换热器选用面积裕量不足、Ⅳ换热器热流出口参数存在不合理性。Aspen Plus软件在工业硫酸装置设计和工艺优化方面具有独特的优越性和先进性。Aspen Plus software was used to modify the physical parameters of constant pressure heat capacity of key components of SO_(2) and SO_(3) in the process of sulphuric acid conversion in industrial plants,and the reaction heat and equilibrium constant were calculated.Based on the normal and low concentration flue gas conditions of a smelter,the conversion process parameters were simulated and compared with the preliminary design data.The results show that the simulation data of converter and heat exchanger are basically consistent with the design parameters,but some process parameters are quite different,and Ⅱ and Ⅳ minor sideline rate setting is too small.Through simulation analysis,it is considered that the selection area of heat exchangers Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅳ in industrial plants and the heat flow outlet parameters of heat exchanger Ⅳ are unreasonable.Aspen Plus software has unique advantages and progressiveness in industrial sulfuric acid plant design and process optimization.
