摘  要:介绍了烟气制酸系统优化改造及故障处理过程及效果,对动力波洗涤器捕沫器清洗装置进行改造,提高了清洗装置的清洗效果及使用寿命;对循环水温控制方式进行改进,将冷却塔风机改为变频控制,解决了循环水温度大幅波动的问题;针对吸收塔出口酸雾偏高的问题,分析原因并制订了相应的检修方案,实施后出口酸雾指标恢复正常。The process and effect of optimization transformation and fault handling in the flue gas sulphuric acid production system are introduced.The cleaning device of the dynamic wave scrubber and foam catcher was modified to improve the cleaning effect and service life of the cleaning device;the control method of circulating water temperature was improved by changing the cooling tower fan to frequency conversion control,which solved the problem of large fluctuations in circulating water temperature;aiming at the problem of high acid mist at the outlet of the absorption tower,the causes were analyzed and corresponding maintenance plans were formulated.After implementation,the acid mist index at the outlet returned to normal.
