摘 要:介绍了LSH-03G克劳斯尾气加氢催化剂的开发及工业应用。催化剂载体的制备采用挤出成型工艺,催化剂采用浸渍法工艺制备,制备重复性良好,催化剂加氢活性与国内外同类催化剂相当,水解活性与CO变换活性明显优于国内外同类催化剂水平。在某炼油厂40 kt/a硫黄回收装置上进行了工业应用,标定结果表明,装置运行良好,各项参数达标,催化剂的SO_(2)加氢转化率为100%,COS水解转化率稳定保持在97%以上,CO变换率稳定保持在90%以上,装置排放烟气SO_(2)质量浓度远低于50 mg/m^(3),LSH-03G克劳斯尾气加氢催化剂成功实现工业化应用。The development and industrial application of LSH-03G Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst are introduced.The catalyst carrier is prepared by extrusion process,and the catalyst is prepared by impregnation process.The catalyst has good preparation repeatability.The hydrogenation activity of the catalyst is equivalent to that of similar catalysts at home and abroad,and the hydrolysis activity and CO conversion activity are significantly better than that of similar catalysts at home and abroad.The catalyst has been applied in a 40000 t/a sulphur recovery unit in a refinery.The calibration results showed that the unit operates well,all parameters meet the standard,the SO_(2) hydrogenation conversion rate of the catalyst is 100%,the COS hydrolysis conversion rate is stable at more than 97%,the CO conversion rate is stable at more than 90%,the SO_(2) emission mass concentration of the unit flue gas is far lower than 50 mg/m^(3).The LSH-03G Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst has been successfully industrialized.
