乡村振兴战略下青岛农产品现代物流体系构建研究

摘　　要：建立现代农产品物流体系对助推乡村振兴和发展青岛农业经济具有积极作用。基于理论和实践双需,阐释农产品现代物流体系结构与特征,辨析青岛市农产品物流体系现状与瓶颈。据此,提出构建“通道+枢纽+网络”的现代农产品运行体系、培育分工协同的农产品物流市场主体体系、建立安全可靠的现代农产品供应链体系、发展集约高效的现代农产品物流服务体系、健全保障有力的农产品现代应急物流体系、夯实科学完备的农产品现代物流基础体系等构建路径。The establishment of a modern agricultural product logistics system plays a positive role in rural revitalization and developing Qingdao′s agricultural economy.Based on the dual needs of theory and practice,this paper explains the structure and characteristics of the modern logistics system of agricultural products,and distinguishes the current situation and bottlenecks of the logistics system of agricultural products in Qingdao.According to this,the construction paths such as building a modern agricultural product operation system of"Channel+Hub+Network",cultivating the agricultural product logistics market main body system of division of labor and coordination,establishing a safe and reliable modern agricultural product supply chain system,developing an intensive and efficient modern agricultural product logistics service system,improving the modern emergency logistics system of agricultural products with strong guarantee,and tamping the scientific and complete modern logistics foundation system of agricultural products are proposed.
