青岛市农业信息化与农业经济发展协调性研究

摘　　要：在大数据时代和中国数字乡村建设工程实施的背景下,农业朝着信息化方向快速发展,而各个地区会受到区域因素的影响,农业信息化发展程度也存在差异。青岛市作为山东省的重要城市,农业生产总值和农产品品牌都位列全省第一。为研究青岛市的农业信息化情况和农业经济间的相互协调发展的关系,本文构建了农业信息化与农业经济发展的耦合协调度模型。本文采用熵值法,基于2011~2020年的指标数据,构建基于农业信息化与农业经济发展的耦合协调度模型,研究青岛市农业信息化与农业经济的协调发展情况。研究结果显示:青岛市的农业信息化和农业经济发展之间存在着相互协调发展并且呈现不断增长的趋势,目前已经处于优质协调状态,但青岛市各区市的耦合协调状态呈现出不均匀不稳定的状态,这主要归因于政府对农业信息化的关注度不够显著,区域农业信息发展差距较大,农业信息系统有待进一步完善。因此,为促进农业信息化与农业经济协调发展并平稳增长,政府需要加强对农业信息化基础设施的建设,进一步提高农业信息化的传播力度,不断培养高素质农业人才队伍,积极拓展农业发展投资渠道,并提高农业信息资源利用率。Under the background of the big data era and the implementation of China's digital countryside construction project,agriculture is developing rapidly in the direction of informatization.However,each region will be affected by regional factors,and the development degree of agricultural informatization is different.As an important city in Shandong Province,Qingdao ranks first in terms of gross agricultural product and brand of agricultural products.In order to study the relationship between agricultural informatization and agricultural economy in Qingdao,a coupling coordination degree model of agricultural informatization and agricultural economy was constructed.Based on the index data from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses the entropy method to build a coupling coordination degree model based on agricultural informatization and agricultural economic development,and studies the coordinated development of agricultural informatization and agricultural economy in Qingdao.Among the findings:Agricultural informatization and agricultural economic development in Qingdao have been developing in harmony with each other and showing a trend of continuous growth.At present,they are in a state of high-quality coordination.However,the coupling coordination of various districts and cities in Qingdao presents an uneven and unstable state,which is mainly attributed to the government's insufficient attention to agricultural informatization and the large gap in regional agricultural information development.Agricultural information system needs to be further improved.Therefore,in order to promote the coordinated development and steady growth of agricultural informatization and agricultural economy,the government needs to strengthen the construction of agricultural informatization infrastructure,further improve the dissemination of agricultural informatization,constantly train high-quality agricultural talents,actively expand investment channels for agricultural development,and improve the utilization rate of agricultural information resour
