摘　　要：当前县城发展面临服务承载和吸引能力不足、产业与县域经济缺乏互动、人居环境品质差、空间活力不足、城市风貌特色缺失等问题。县城空间应强调本土特色风貌塑造,提升资源保护和利用水平,与资源条件相匹配;提升城市建设发展品质,完善公共服务功能和和服务水平,与城市及区域职能相匹配,实现高质量发展。构建县域-县城-新区三个层面的多维融合共生体系,促进城乡融合发展。本文就炎陵县新城片区特色产业体系构建及其发展策略、县城总体特色空间结构的设计策略及其新城片区设计要点进行了论述。At present,the development of county-town faces such problems as insufficient service carrying and attraction capacity,lack of interaction between industry and county economy,poor quality of human settlements,insufficient spatial vitality,and lack of urban features and characteristics.The county-town space should emphasize the shaping of local characteristics,improve the level of resource protection and utilization so as to match with local resource conditions,enhance the quality of urban construction and development,upgrade the functions and service levels of public services so as to match the functions of cities and regions and achieve high-quality development.A multi-dimensional integration and symbiosis system is built at three hierarchies:county region,county town and new area,to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas.This paper introduces the system construction and development strategy of the characteristic industries in Yanling County new town,and explains the design strategy of the overall characteristic spatial structure and the key points of the urban design in the new town area.
