摘  要:以流域为单元开展统筹规划和综合治理,对于提高保护修复的科学性和统筹区域发展有重要意义。本文以朝阳市凌河流域为例,聚焦水环境质量提升,以流域为单元分段构建河道生态系统,分层次构建河岸生态系统,分类别开展小流域治理,构建城乡一体化的环境基础设施,为其他相关区域的保护治理提供参考和借鉴。Carrying out overall planning and comprehensive management with river basins as the unit is of great significance for improving the scientificity of protection and restoration and coordinating regional development.Focusing on the improvement of water environment quality,this paper takes the Linghe River Basin in Chaoyang City as an example,constructed the river ecosystem at different levels based on watershed,carried out the treatment of small watersheds by categories,and built an integrated urban-rural environmental infrastructure.This study may provide reference for the protection and treatment of other relevant regions.
