摘　　要：商业街区的提升改造对拉动城市经济、提升人民幸福指数有重要意义。而管网更新是老城商业街区改造的重要环节。本文以真实项目为例,讲述运用海绵手段结合分流制排水系统,克服地下空间不足、市政承载力不足等困难,从而缓解街区积水、内涝现象。并通过技术探讨,总结出合理的管网更新设计:应以现状为基础,考虑经济可行、施工便捷、顺应发展等因素,还应着力运用新手段,解决老问题,从而带动技术革新及行业发展。The upgrading and reconstruction of the commercial blocks is of great significance to stimulating the urban economy and improving the people's happiness index.The renewal of the pipe network is an important link in the reconstruction of the commercial blocks in the old city.Taking a real project as an example,this paper describes the use of sponge means combined with diversion drainage system to overcome the difficulties of insufficient underground space and municipal bearing capacity,so as to alleviate the phenomenon of water accumulation and waterlogging in the block.Through technical discussion,the reasonable pipeline network renewal design should be summarized:based on the current situation,taking into account the economic feasibility,convenient construction,compliance with development and other factors,we should also focus on using new means to solve old problems,so as to drive technological innovation and industry development.
