摘 要:本文从钟摆式交通因素、停车设施供给结构、典型建筑停车供需等方面分析国内生态新城普遍存在的停车问题及成因,借鉴相关理念和研究,确定用地集约化、资源共享化、管理智慧化的生态城新城停车模式导向。最后以中新天津生态城为例,对现状停车特征与问题进行分析并从停车场地集约化、停车空间多元化、配建停车高标准、停车错峰共享、全域智慧停车管理等方面,探求解决新城停车实际问题的可行之路。This essay analyzes the common parking problems and reasons of ecological new cities from the aspects of pendulum traffic factors,parking supply structure and parking demand of typical buildings,etc.It uses relevant concepts and studies for reference to determine the parking mode guidance of ecological new cities with intensive land use,resource sharing,and intelligent management.Finally,taking the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as an example,it analyzes the current parking characteristics and problems,and explores a feasible way to solve the practical parking problems in the new city from the aspects of intensive parking lots,diversified parking space,high parking standard of supporting buildings,parking sharing of off-peak parking and intelligent parking management in the whole area.
