摘  要:从2013年《“十二五”绿色建筑和绿色生态城区发展规划》要求建设绿色生态城区示范工程开始,我国经过多年的探索和研究,形成了以指标体系为导向的绿色生态城区发展模式。“十四五”进入新发展时期,在城乡建设绿色发展和碳达峰碳中和政策大背景下,我国生态城区进入规模化发展阶段,建设绿色低碳城区,推动绿色城市发展,成为新时期城镇化发展的重点任务之一。本文以天津津南区葛沽镇中轴片区绿色生态指标体系为研究对象,对标绿色生态城区评价标准,研究指标体系建设方法和在生态城区的实施方法。Since the"12th Five Year"Green Building and Green Ecological Urban Development Plan in 2013 required the construction of green ecological urban demonstration projects,China has formed a green ecological urban development model guided by the indicator system after years of exploration and research.The"Fourteenth Five Year Plan"has entered a new development period.Under the background of green development of urban and rural construction and carbon peak carbon neutral policy,China's ecological urban areas have entered the stage of large-scale development.Building green low-carbon urban areas and promoting green city development have become one of the key tasks of urbanization development in the new period.This paper takes the green ecological indicator system of the central axis area of Gegu Town,Jinnan District,Tianjin as the research object,benchmarking the evaluation criteria of green ecological urban areas,studying the construction methods of the indicator system and the implementation methods in the ecological urban areas.
