摘 要:近年来,福建沿海在原有滩涂地的基础上,吹填海砂造陆,形成大面积建设场地。该类型场地填砂下部一般为深厚软土地层,该层软土存在工程力学性质极差、压缩性强,孔隙比大和含水量较高,呈流塑状态和欠固结等问题。根据以往工程经验,该类型场地基坑支护结构变形较大,蠕变变形大,对基坑支护设计提出了更高的要求及考验。本文结合福州市平潭综合实验区一住宅项目,分析该项目基坑支护结构变形较大原因,结合基坑支护结构变形规律,采取措施进行加固控制变形,为地下室施工提供安全的施工空间及环境,并确保基坑顶部建(构)筑物的安全稳定。In recent years,on the basis of the original tidal flat aquaculture sites,the dredging sand has been used to build land along the coast of Fujian,forming a large area of construction sites.The lower part of the sand filling site is usually some deep soft soil layer,which has some problems such as poor engineering mechanical properties,strong compressibility,large pore ratio,high water content,fluid-plastic state and under consolidation.According to the previous engineering experience,the deformation and creep deformation of the foundation pit supporting structure in this type of site are large,which puts forward higher requirements and tests to the foundation pit supporting design.In this paper,based on a residential building project of the Fuzhou Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental zone,the foundation pit supporting structure deformation reason was analyzed,combined with the deformation law of foundation pit supporting structure,and reinforce measures were taken to control deformation,provide safe space and environment for the basement construction,and ensure the safety of the buildings on the slope.
