摘 要:为研究大直径灌注桩全套管成孔施工对周边环境的影响,基于福州某具体工程地质条件,采用数值分析方法对钢套管压入及取土过程进行模拟,分析不同进尺深度、不同孔深等参数对成孔过程的影响,并结合监测数据进行分析。研究结果表明:随着单节套管进尺深度的增加,土体变形随之减小;随着孔深的增加,土体变形随之增大;在灌注桩成孔取土过程中,应避免超挖,选择欠挖的方式可避免塌孔的风险;针对邻近存在高层建筑物的情况,采用全套管成孔工艺,可有效控制土体变形,保证邻近建筑物的安全。In order to study the impact of full-casing hole forming construction of large-diameter cast-in-place piles on the surrounding environment,based on a specific engineering geological condition in Fuzhou,the numerical analysis method is used to simulate the process of steel casing pressing and soil taking,analyze the impact of different footage depth,different hole depth and other parameters on the hole forming process,and analyze in combination with monitoring data.The results show that the soil deformation decreases with the increase of the depth of single casing;With the increase of hole depth,the deformation of soil mass increases;The wall thickness of steel casing has little influence on soil deformation;Over-excavation shall be avoided in the process of hole forming and soil borrowing of cast-in-place piles,and under-excavation can avoid the risk of hole collapse;In view of the existence of high-rise buildings nearby,the full casing hole forming process can effectively control the soil deformation and ensure the safety of adjacent buildings.
