摘 要:大型办公建筑体量大、能耗高,具有较大节能潜力,通过优化建筑设计方案,可以达到降低建筑能耗的目的。本文基于eQUEST对影响办公建筑能耗的系列因素进行分析,分析结果表明,相比基准建筑,空调系统能效较标准值提高12%的节能率为3.13%,照明系统功率密度从现行值提高至目标值的节能率为3.66%,断热铝合金充氩气外窗替换普通铝合金充空气外窗的节能率为2.96%。大型办公建筑节能设计时,应综合考虑空调系统、照明系统、围护结构的节能贡献率,通过经济性比较后确定优化方案。Large office buildings are built with large quantities and high energy consumption,which has great energy consumption valuation.By optimizing the architectural design scheme,the purpose of reducing building energy consumption can be achieved.A series of factors affecting office building energy consumption were analyzed on eQUEST.Compare to benchmark values,3.13%energy was conserved while energy consumption rate of air-conditioning system increased 12%.3.66%energy was conserved,while energy consumption rate of lighting system power density increased from current value to target value.2.96%energy was conserved,while the air filled aluminum-alloy windows were replaced by heat-cutoff argon filled aluminum-alloy window.Based on economic comparison,the energy conservation design of large office buildings should be comprehensively considered the energy conservation contribution rate of air conditioning system,lighting system and maintenance structure.
