摘  要:公共建筑能耗监测系统可帮助建筑用能管理部门及时掌握建筑能耗运行水平,挖掘节能潜力,提升建筑用能管理水平。本文基于公共建筑能耗监测系统实际需求,从系统架构、系统功能模块等角度出发,设计一套基于BS架构的公共建筑能耗监测系统,对建筑分类分项能耗数据进行计量、采集、计算和传输,实现建筑能耗的动态监测和数据分析。以具体项目案例验证建筑能耗监测系统的应用效果,并指明建设完善的建筑能耗监测系统在城乡建设领域碳达峰碳中和目标下具有实际的参考意义。The energy consumption monitoring system for public buildings can help building energy management departments grasp the operation level of building energy consumption in a timely manner,explore the energy-saving potential and improve the level of building energy management.Based on the actual needs of public building energy consumption monitoring system,this paper designs a BS architecture-based public building energy consumption monitoring system from the perspectives of system architecture and system function modules,which measures,collects,calculates and transmits building classified and itemized energy consumption data to realize dynamic monitoring and data analysis of building energy consumption.The application effect of the building energy consumption monitoring system is verified with specific project cases,and it is indicated that the well-constructed building energy consumption monitoring system has practical reference significance under the goal of carbon attainment and carbon neutrality in urban and rural construction.
