摘　　要：目的构建适用于关节置换手术的手术室护理质量敏感指标,为科学评价并提高关节置换手术术中护理质量提供可量化的科学依据。方法在文献检索的基础上,基于Donabedian“结构-过程-结果”三维理论制订关节置换手术术中护理质量敏感指标池,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定关节置换手术术中护理质量敏感指标及各指标权重。结果最终形成包含3个一级指标、8个二级指标、19个三级指标的关节置换手术术中护理质量敏感指标体系。专家权威系数>0.90,各指标变异系数<0.25,结果科学可靠。结论关节置换手术术中护理质量敏感指标体系可为评价关节置换手术术中护理质量提供科学合理的参考。Objective To construct a system of operating room nursing quality sensitive indicators for joint replacement,providing a quantifiable scientific basis for scientific assessment and improvement of intraoperative nursing quality for joint replacement.Methods Based on Donabedian's three-dimensional theory of"structure-process-outcome",a pool of intraoperative nursing quality sensitive indicators for joint replacement was established by literature retrieval;then the sensitive indicators and the weight of each indicator were determined by the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Results A system of intraoperative nursing quality sensitive indicators for joint replacement was finally formed,consisting of 3 first-level indicators,8 second-level indicators and 19 third-level indicators.The indicator system was scientific and reliable with an authoritative coefficient of>0.90 and a coefficient of variation for each indicator of<0.25.Conclusion The system of intraoperative nursing quality sensitive indicators for joint replacement can provide a scientific and reasonable reference for evaluating the intraoperative nursing quality of joint replacement.
