认知视角下高校图书馆用户信息检索行为影响因素的卡方分析

摘　　要：卡方检验法是分析两个变量是否相互独立的一种统计方法,高校图书馆用户信息检索行为受诸多因素的影响,对这些因素进行卡方分析,有助于高校图书馆制定更加科学的信息服务策略。文章通过问卷调查和数据收集,利用卡方检验模型对调查数据进行统计分析,研究了认知视角下高校图书馆用户信息检索行为的影响因素,构建了认知视角下用户信息检索行为的影响因素模型,提出了信息服务的应对策略,对提高高校图书馆用户信息检索效率具有重要的参考价值。Chi square test is a statistical method to analyze whether two variables are independent of each other.The information retrieval behavior of university library users is affected by many factors.Chi square analysis of these factors will help university libraries to formulate more scientific information service strategies.Through questionnaire survey and data collection,Chi square test model is used to statistically analyze the survey data.The influencing factors of university library users’information retrieval behavior are studied from cognitive perspective.The influencing factor model of users’information retrieval behavior is constructed from the cognitive perspective,and the countermeasures for information services are proposed.It has important reference value for improving the efficiency of university library users’information retrieval.
