基于项目全过程管理的江苏社区养老服务问题及对策研究

摘　　要：养老问题与人民群众切身利益息息相关,社会老龄化的加速既是机遇也是挑战。文章归纳整理了现阶段江苏社区在养老服务中存在的主要问题,在“以人为本”的前提下,运用项目管理全过程理论,将江苏社区养老服务分为“提供服务前期准备、精准化提供服务、持续有效运行”3个阶段,提出相应建议,探讨优化方式,以期为江苏社区养老服务高质量发展提供新思路。The pension problem is closely related to the vital interests of the people.The acceleration of social aging is both an opportunity and a challenge.The article summarizes and sorts out the main problems existing in the elderly care service in Jiangsu community at the present stage.Under the premise of“people-oriented”,using the whole-process theory of project management,the elderly care service in Jiangsu community is divided into three stages as providing early service preparation,accurate service provision,and continuous and effective operation,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and discusses optimization methods,with a view to provide new ideas for the high-quality development of the elderly care service in Jiangsu community.
