摘  要:超超临界机组密封动力特性受转子运动影响显著,极易诱发转子失稳。以某1000MW汽轮机超高压缸迷宫密封为例建立密封转子三维模型,采用改进的涡动方程和动网格技术实现微间隙转子多频涡动,分析了不同涡动半径对密封动力特性的影响。结果表明:随着涡动半径增加,直接刚度增大,有效阻尼增大。直接阻尼随频率增加先减小至不变。低频范围内,较大涡动半径下的有效阻尼较显著低,转子容易发生失稳。The seal dynamic characteristics of ultra-supercritical units are significantly affected by the rotor whirl,which is very easy to induce rotor instability.The labyrinth seal of ultra-high-pressure cylinder in 1000MW steam turbine was taken as an example to establish the three-dimensional model.The improved whirl equation and mesh deformation were used to realize the multi-frequency whirl of rotor with micro clearance.The effects of whirl radius on the seal dynamic characteristics were analyzed.The results show that the direct stiffness and the effective damping increase with the increasing of whirl radius.The direct damping first decreases and then keep to constant with the increasing of frequency.In the low frequency range,the effective damping is significantly lower at large whirl radius,and the rotor is prone to instability.
