摘  要:以某600MW超临界凝汽式机组为例建立仿真模型,在VWO工况、THA工况、75%THA工况和50%THA工况下模型的计算值与设计值的相对误差小于0.08%。运用模型进行了不同工况下加热器效率、加热器切除、除氧器排汽连续运行、给水泵汽轮机汽源变化4种回热系统变工况对机组发电煤耗影响的定量分析。结果表明,不同负荷工况下,2号高压加热器效率对机组发电煤耗影响更大,其次是1号高加、3号高加、5号低加至8号低加;高压加热器切除对机组发电煤耗影响最大,5号低加至8号低加切除对发电煤耗的影响逐渐减小;除氧器排汽量相同时,机组发电功率越低,对机组发电煤增量的影响越大;给水泵汽轮机采用辅助联箱蒸汽作为汽源时,机组发电功率越高,对机组发电煤耗增量的影响越大。A simulation model of a 600MW supercritical condensing unit is established.The relative error between calculated and designed values is less than 0.08%under VWO,THA,75%THA and 50%THA operating conditions.The model is used to analyze the influence of four kinds of regenerative systems on the coal consumption of generating unit under different operating conditions,such as heater efficiency,heater removal,continuous operation of deaerator and change of steam source of feedwater pump turbine.The results show that under different load conditions,the efficiency of No.2 high heater has greater influence on coal consumption of generating unit,followed by No.1 high heater,No.3 high heater,No.5 low heater and No.8 low heater.The influence of high-pressure heater cut-off on coal consumption of generating unit is the biggest,and the influence of cutting-off from No.5 to No.8 low-pressure heater on coal consumption of generating unit decreases gradually,when the auxiliary header steam is used as the steam source,the higher the generating power of the unit,the greater the influence on the coal consumption increment of the unit.
