摘　　要：神经性贪食症(bulimia nervosa,BN)是一种较为常见且难以治愈的精神疾病,常共病其他精神障碍,从而导致病情复杂化,需从多角度进行综合性护理。文章介绍了以认知行为治疗(cognive behavioral therapy,CBT)为核心,结合精神科安全护理、用药护理、营养与进食管理和健康教育等综合护理措施,护理1例BN共病双相情感障碍的患者,取得了较好的临床效果。Bulimia nervosa(BN)is a common and hard-to-treat disease that has often comorbidity with other psychiatric disorders,which may further enhance the complexity of the disease,and comprehensive nursing care is needed for its treatment.In this article,we introduce a comprehensive nursing intervention that is centred with cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)in combination of safety in psychiatric nursing,medication nursing care,nutrition and feeding management,and health education in the treatment of a case of bulimia nervosa comorbid with bipolar disorder.We summarize the overall experiences from the comprehensive nursing intervention in the hope of providing information for the clinical nursing care of patients with this type of disease.
