摘　　要：煤泥是煤炭洗选加工过程的副产品,由于高灰、高水、高粘的特性,使其无法掺入最终产品煤销售,造成大量煤泥落地,成为困扰绝大多选煤厂生产的头痛问题,钢制滤板超高压压滤机为解决这一问题提供了新的可行途径,其工作效果大大优于普通板框式压滤机,是未来煤泥回收工艺的发展方向。Coal slime is a by-product of coal washing processing process.Due to the characteristics of high ash,high water and high viscosity,itcan not be mixed into the final product coal sales,resulting in a large number of coal slime landing,which has become a headache problem plaguing the production of most coal preparation plants.Steel filter plate ultra-high pressure filter press provides a new feasible way to solve this problem,and its working effect is much better than that of ordinary plate frame filter press.It is the development direction of coal slime recovery process in the future.
