摘 要:基于大数据背景下,研究设计了煤炭洗选设备运行数据监测系统;概括介绍了煤炭洗选设备,分析了大数据背景下煤炭洗选设备运行数据监测的必要性;明确大数据背景下煤炭洗选设备运行数据监测系统的需求与设计目标;从煤炭洗选设备运行数据监测系统硬件设计与软件设计两大方面完成煤炭洗选设备运行数据监测系统设计,充分利用大数据技术,实现对煤炭洗选设备运行数据的动态监测。With the vigorous development of big data technology,it brings new development opportunities to the operation data monitoring of coal washing equipment.This paper studies the design of coal washing equipment operation data monitoring system under the background of big data.First,it introduces the overview of coal washing equipment,and analyzes the necessity of coal washing equipment operation data monitoring under the background of big data;Secondly,the requirements and design objectives of the operation data monitoring system of coal washing equipment under the background of big data are clarified;Finally,the design of coal washing equipment operation data monitoring system is completed from two aspects of hardware design and software design of coal washing equipment operation data monitoring system.Big data technology is fully used to realize dynamic monitoring of coal washing equipment operation data.
