摘  要:针对长城三矿选煤厂TBS尾矿灰分较高,掺入中煤后会使中煤发热量降低的问题。采用螺旋分选机和TBS干扰床分选机联合工艺,利用螺旋分选机排出TBS尾矿中的矸石。螺旋分选机不完善度0.120,数量效率87.94%,中煤产品热值由13.81 MJ/kg升高至16.74 MJ/kg以上,年可创造经济效益达559.03万元。In view of the high ash content of TBS tailings in the Coal Preparation Plant of Changcheng No.3 Coal Mine,the calorific value of middling coal will be reduced after being mixed with middling coal.The combined process of spiral separator and TBS interference bed separator can discharge the gangue from TBS tailings.The imperfection degree of the spiral separator is 0.120,and the quantity efficiency is 87.94%.The calorific value of middling coal products has increased from 13.81 MJ/kg to over 16.74 MJ/kg,which can create an annual economic benefit of 5.5903 million.
