矸石手选带智能排矸系统在灵新选煤厂的应用实践

摘　　要：阐述了灵新选煤厂手选矸石系统存在工人劳动强度大、作业环境差、矸石拣出率低、未拣出的大块矸石会加快下游设备损耗、增大维修量等问题,介绍了智能排矸系统的构成及工作排矸原理,提出采用智能排矸系统应用于灵新手选矸石系统的改造安装实施方案。应用结果表明,智能排矸系统能够有效替代人工拣矸作业,分选后的矸石检测指标符合选煤标准,不仅提高了生产效率和煤炭质量,也取得了显著的经济和社会效益。This paper introduces the design,research and application of intelligent gangue manual separation system,and makes a comparative analysis of the process flow and application effect before and after the transformation of intelligent gangue drainage system.The application results of Lingxin coal washing show that:The intelligent gangue discharging system can effectively replace manual gangue picking,and the test index of gangue after separation conforms to the coal preparation standard,which not only improves the production efficiency and coal quality,but also achieves remarkable economic and social benefits.
